Roxbury Community College (RCC) is seeking an innovative, community-centered, and dynamic 21st Century leader, for the newly developed position of Executive Director for the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center (RLTAC). Reporting to the President of RCC, the Executive Director will manage all facets of a complex facility, with an understanding of its role as a community-based athletic facility that supports college, local, state, and national needs. The Executive Director is a consensus builder and displays the ability to understand and advance community engagement.
